Subject: 4 IUPUI Students Willing to Conduct Over 100 Hours of FREE Research on a Topic of Your Choice
Good morning Mr. Jackson:
A team of students from IUPUI are interested in any challenges or questions that Jacksons Realty and Builders are facing, and would be interested in working with you to help solve these challenges.
This semester, I represent a team of five students from IUPUI that are willing to conduct over 100 hours of free research on any challenge that you are facing in your company. This will include 10 weeks of research on a topic of your choice, which our team then tackles head on. A full recommendation report on your challenge will also be provided for you. We would like to know if you are interested in working with us for these ten weeks? Below is a list of what you may acquire.
What Is Offered From 4 IUPUI Students Over 10 Weeks:

10 weeks/over 100 hours of free research.

Any challenge/topic of your choice.

Exclusive IUPUI academic databases that provide access to the top resources.

An individualized password protected website.

Conducting a local study related to your specific challenge/topic.
Before the beginning of these 10 weeks, there will be a day in class, February 5, where the class votes on each proposal that is presented. This semester, only 4 proposals will be chosen. If you have a challenge that you would like to be researched, an individualized presentation will be created and then presented to the class for this voting process.
The Steps After The Voting Process
After this voting process, my team will only have to meet with you for 30 minutes to briefly preview the intended goals for the next 10 weeks.
On January 10th, I will call your office at 1:00pm to set up a time to meet with my team. If this is not an appropriate time for you, a new date and time can be arranged to best fit with your schedule.
